Dr. Abbasi is a world class orthodontist! She truly cares about her patients. She made the best effort to assure my treatment outcome is The Best possible. I was told by several orthodontists that I would need surgery for my treatment But Dr. Abbasi did a great job and treated my teeth without surgery. Under her care and skills I’ve been able to save a lot of money. My teeth are absolutely perfect! If you are looking for Orthodontist do not look any further!
Both my two kids and I are patients of Dr. Wiger's. We absolutely love this practice and highly recommend to anyone needing orthodontics. While taking my kids for appointments, I decided to get Invisalign a couple years ago. My teeth look absolutely gorgeous!

THE most professional, well run business in NOVA! Dr. Wiger continues to follow up with our daughter even though her braces have been off for 3 years. The longest wait time we have had has been 5 minutes, everyone in the office is polite, friendly and really appears to love their job. I would highly recommend Dr. Wiger's Orthodontics to anyone:)
I was a patient of Dr. Wiger before he abruptly left after selling his business to Dr. Abbasi. Dr. Abbasi is completing my treatment and has been wonderful since the beginning of the transition. She actually spends time listening and discussing your treatment plan, weighing alternatives, and designing a plan that is right for you. She was great at making me feel at ease and confident in her ability after an unfortunate beginning. The quality of care has been awesome. I wish she was my orthodontist from the beginning!

My son did braces with Dr. Wiger and my daughter is on the finishing end of hers with Dr. Abbasi. We loved Dr. Wiger but we also love Dr. Abbasi just as much ! She is very easy to communicate with and I never feel rushed when we are at our appointments.
