My first visit to Dr Hulbert's office was an emergency appointment in 2006 to treat a horribly painful infection. I was in extreme pain and I was taken as a patient right away, as an unknown patient. The treatment was successful, and although I left for a year to try a less expensive and less effective HMO type insurance option, I returned the following year and have been a patient of this practice ever since. Five years now. Nothing but good things to say.

Great Man, with a soft touch, very comfortable office highly recomended!!!!

Beware....He will tell you one price in the chair then let his office staff charge you Double the price and when you ask to talk to him he hides in the back refusing to come out. This is such bad business practice. He also is cold and talks about inappropriate topics while you are in the office/chair, very uncomfortable. His work is OK but his demeanor is not good.
