Operates below standard of care for anesthesiologist. No auscilitation during my interview. Argues with anesthetist, told her Not to Preoxygenate?! Very unprofessional

Tampa Bay Surgery Elizabeth Norman is the Manager of the Billing Department and she has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Multiple employees confirmed notes on the account and Elizabeth Norman also confirm these notes in a previous conversation. I called Elizabeth Norman a month later to discuss the insurance issues and Elizabeth Norman now said that there are no such notes in the system. That's basically calling me crazy and calling me a liar. If the notes were never in the system then why would her employees confirm this as well as Elizabeth Norman herself confirm this on a previous phone call? Is this company fraudulently deleting account notations? Elizabeth Norman also hung up the phone on myself and the insurance representative during a phone conference call discussing the laws on insurance claim submissions. The insurance rep was shocked at how unprofessional Elizabeth Norman was on the phone call. I will never have any procedure done for my family at this place.
