Prosthodontics
Prosthodontics, also known as dental prosthetics or prosthetic dentistry, is the area of dentistry that focuses on dental prostheses.
Clean office, professional, on-time, good service. They make you feel like a client and not a patient. I've had to do a crown and a couple filings and everything went well and looks great. They know what they are doing and do a good job, about all you can ask for in a dentist. I'd highly recommend.
Staff were nice and location convenient but the dentist recommend several crowns and multiple fillings. Since it was an extensive amount of work I got a second opinion from a dentist my sister uses. Most of the work was not confirmed as necessary by the second dentist. I went from 3 crowns and 3 replacements on silver fillings and 2 new fillings to 1 crown and 2 replacement fillings. The ânewâ cavities were only staining and the other dentist was able to save two of my teeth on the replacements so I didnât need crowns.
These folks are great. We used them for the 2 years that we lived in Reston. The staff is always courteous and responsive. The dentists and hygienists make the visit as cheerful as possible. 2 months after we moved, I needed to get a copy of a receipt for my insurance. I was surprised that the receptionist (Juli) remembered me by name, asked about my move, and also about my son. I was really impressed with the level of personalized service I receive from Smiles.
Finally found an excellent dentist! Being new to the area, I had been on the hunt for an honest and knowledgeable dentist for the longest time and after finding Smiles, my search is over! When you walk into the office it looks amazing. You are greeted by a friendly receptionist. The waiting area is in the front and has a very upscale feeling. I ended up making an appointment with Dr. Barekzi. He was very professional and managed to make the visit enjoyable (crazy to say that about a dentist visit!). They are equipped with state of the art tools and even have LCD screens that are visible from your chair to show you what they are referring to. Before moving to Reston, my previous dentist mentioned several teeth needed treatment. Dr. Barekzi was able to disprove my previous dentist's "recommendations" and thoroughly explained what I will need and what is considered optional, but definitely not necessary. Overall, I left with a smile (pun intended) on my face and will definitely not hesitate to go back.
Dr. Lee was amazing and all of the staff was really nice and very education- oriented. They explained everything they would do before hand, went through my questions, explained the cost of each procedure and what my insurance would cover, all of this before anything! I was nervous about going to the dentist with bad past experiences, but they took that to heart and were VERY careful with me and made sure I was at ease the entire time. Afterwards we talked about my follow up appointments, what I can improve in between visits, and I never felt like they were lecturing me or talking down to me. I'm so excited to have found a dentist practice I love! I'm going to recommend all my friends and family to go here!
I have been going to Smiles for many years and Dr. Lee is wonderful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Smiles to anyone who may be looking for a good dental office and Dentist.

Highly recommended. Dr. Lee and her staff of excellent hygienists and receptionists have taken care of my invisalign and cleaning needs for two years now. They are everything a dentist's office should be - considerate about patient comfort, swift with the procedures, squeaky clean and comfortable faciliity. Payment, billing and scheduling has always been straighforward. I have always been on time and they have rarely kept me waiting more than a few minutes past my appointment time. They are also really nice people, which is just a bonus. Highly recommended. Dr. Lee is also super nice, as I have seen her many times. The only down side (which is why i gave only four stars) is they seem to go through their hygienists rather quickly. I try to make my appointment with the same hygienist every six months, and almost every time I am told that the one I saw previously was no longer there. I used to hate going to the dentist, but not anymore! I tell everyone about Smiles and what a great experience I have every time I go. I've been a patient for over 3 years, and I could never consider going anywhere else. I've seen both Dr. B and Dr. Lee, and they are the best! Both Dr's take the time to explain everything to you and help you feel comfortable with all procedures. If you have anxiety about going to the dentist, you should definitely go here!
I have been a customer at Smiles since moving to RTC a few years ago and they are fantastic! Not only great dentists, but their office staff are top notch. I usually go early morning and it is a quick in-and-out with no delay. I recommend it.

My entire family loves the staff of Smiles. The kids actually look forward to their dental appointments. They have state of the art equipment, I get to watch HGTV during my cleaning but the staff is the cherry on top. They are the friendliest group of people and make your dental experience a great one.

Was recommended by a colleague to make an appointment and go see "Dr. B". The office is convenient to get to and once your inside the environment is very welcoming. The hygienist was great with the cleaning. I absolutely hate going to the dentist but Dr. Barekzi was extremely professional and very gentle when working. A few times I trembled when hearing the sounds of the drill but Dr. Barekzi took notice immediately and paused to ask how I was doing. It's not that it hurt it was just the sound that made me feel uneasy. Overall he made the entire experience very comfortable and relaxing. Thanks, Dr. B!!
