The Dr. was professional and courteous. Her knowledge and experience came through in her explanation of my daughters situation. The one slight concern had was with the assistant. His bedside manner and general attitude were great. However it seemed to take quite a few tries to get the right xray. I will say that the patient was a nervous 5 year old and it's possible she was fidgety. I would still return to this practice. I would also recommend this practice to friends or family.
Absolutely the best dental care I have ever received! While visiting family I needed an unexpected root canal and crown. Dr Ali is fantastic! He takes time to listen, is caring and does a 5 star job! My root canal went flawless and my crown(made on site) matches my teeth perfectly. If I lived here Dr Ali would be my dentist.
I am not one to write reviews, esp not about dentists, but after my experience with Dr. Ali of RTC Dental, I just had to say something. Dr. Ali is the BEST Dentist I have EVER come across. He came highly recommended but even I couldn't have imagined how happy I would be with his service, which, is nothing short of outstanding!!! Not only is he great at his job and an extremely talented dentist, but more importantly he is a great person and someone you can really count on to go above and beyond to help you achieve your dental goals. I can't say enough about how happy I am with my decision to work with Dr. Ali. If you are looking for a great dentist who really cares about his patients, give Dr. Ali a shot, you wont regret it!!!! Dr. Ali and his staff have created a great customer experience. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable but houses top-notch modern dentistry. The dentist, assistants, and office staff are friendly and helpful. Their pricing is extremely reasonable. I'm happy to have found a place fit for my entire family, and highly recommended them.
Highly professional Doctor. I didn't have to wait like other Doctor visits. His treatment was excellent and the charges were very reasonable. He informed me of all the issues and gave me great preventative suggestions. I highly recommend Dr. Ali Miamee to all my contacts.
This office has an ideal location and the parking is free and plentiful around the building. Once you take the elevator up to the office it's clear RTC Dental is different from most dental offices. It is pristinely white with different colored lights, a very modern look. However excited I was about the sleek, modern looking office I was severely underwhelmed by the staff. My original appointment was on a Saturday, booked 2 weeks in advance. I booked through the app "ZocDoc" which provides doctor's offices with your insurance and personal information as well as schedules the appointment for you. I have used this app for two dentists, one dermatologist, and one general physician before. I called 1 hour before my appointment to inform them that traffic from DC was surprisingly bad and I may make it right on time vs arriving a few minutes early. They took that opportunity to tell me they had called me the day before (when I had this appointment for weeks) to tell me they need more insurance information or I'd be paying out of pocket! To add insult to injury they said I could still arrive but they can't do any of this paperwork on a weekend- so i couldn't use my insurance based on the info the app ZocDoc provided?!?!? I was appalled at the lack of notice and the fact that they never planned on calling me more than once before my appointment on Saturday to attempt to reach me. I rearranged plans and rescheduled for the following Saturday to allow for the confirmation of insurance on a weekday. After confirming on Monday I thought maybe my bad experience was just a fluke. RTC Dental called me around 9 AM, 5 hours before my rescheduled appointment and asked me if I can come in 3 hours earlier (11 AM vs 2 PM), I said I could not. LIKE CLOCKWORK they call me at 11 AM and say the Dentist has had "an emergency" and has left the office. Coincidence that if I had rescheduled I would have been his last convenient appointment?? I'm not so sure. Dr. Ali is exceptional, but very busy because of it. I didn't get to see him my first appointment because he was so busy, but he did my dental work. He did a great job, not even needing to numb me for that particular cavity. I also love that his office is in general very cost oriented and open, in that you know what you're getting into cost wise.

So happy with this office! Never been to a better dentist. We moved from NY and my family was a little tramautized about the dental experience. They really took the time to put them at ease and explain. Also, had an emergency today and got me in right away with no wait.

The entire staff is welcoming and friendly, the settings are warm and look very professional, the assistants are beyond helpful and attentive BUT above all, Dr. Miamee is the main protagonist on why your experience at RTC Dental is painless and makes you come back again and again without a second thought! I have found my dentist for the years to come, pay them a visit, you won't regret it! Went in for a root canal and wisdom teeth removal on the same day. Dr. Miamee and his staff preformed both operations quickly and painlessly, making for a extremely comfortable experience for what it entailed. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone, and a great way to start getting over a habit of avoiding visits to the dentist.
