Dr. Nguyen is a very sweet dentist, I have been coming here since I want a young girl and everyone in the office is very friendly. I have never encounter a problem and they also provide very good service.
Dr. Nguyen is the best doctor for me and my family
When I first met Dr. Vinh Nguyen, I immediately liked him. He was calm, kind, and respectful. However, I am a bit disappointed with him. In the past year, I have suffered from a botched wisdom tooth removal, which has caused me much pain and discomfort. Dr. Vinh Nguyen and his colleague at an Alpharetta location have continuously dismissed my concerns. He did casually mention something about damage nerve, which seemed to come out of nowhere. I am NOT a dentist. I thought (at that moment) this may not be related to my tooth extraction, even though the pain began after the tooth extraction, and the pain is centered around that area. I went home and googled it up. Before I even finished typing, predictive Google had finished the sentence for me, and there it was – "Although far less common than a dry socket, injury of the nerve called the trigeminal nerve is another complication of wisdom tooth removal" (NHS). How can these two dentists NOT even consider this as a possible cause?
Genuine individual & great Dentist
Broke a tooth down into the gum line with only a little tab sticking up on Tuesday. Plans to leave Thursday morning to catch a cruise ship. Got an appointment for Wednesday morning. Dr. Barlan handled my procedure. Because there was so little tooth remaining she had difficulty getting the fastener to hold, but was finally successful. She built the tooth to hold on a temporary basis. I was able to go no the cruise and have not had any problems t0 date. (approx. 2 weeks) Will go in next week to have the tooth pulled and bridged. Thanks for quick and good work for temporary repair. Dr. Barlan was great in what she did and fully explained what was being done and how to care for the tooth during the interim .

Dr. Barlan was very helpful. She is always quick to respond to any of my questions, and keeps me up to date on my treatment plan. My insurance went out of network last year, and we like Dr. Barlan so much we have stayed at Fusion, and paid out of network..
