Ashley his hygienist very very rude....she is in the wrong field and he apparently allows it I guess trying to keep staff so he dont have to do cleanings himself...I dont recommend this guy or his staff he now has in place..... Yuk!
I have been going to Dr. Diltz dentistry for about five years now, after utilizing another provider’s services, who retired, for the previous 20 years. Dr. Diltz, and his staff, provide the level of expertise, professionalism, and friendliness that one could hope for from a healthcare provider. He will only recommend what is necessary, if anything, and then only after discussing his recommendation with you. My wife, and all my 8 children, now go to Dr. Diltz dentistry also.
Do not trust him. He diagnosed me with a cavity that never existed. It turns out some dentists will say you have a cavity if you look like you have the signs of one in the future. After my filling, which was drilled too deeply and also caused me to get a root canal, I was told by a different dentist that my teeth are so hard that it’s extremely difficult for me to get a cavity. Because of the hardness, I’d be more predisposed to gum disease, but not cavities. Either way, just make sure you getting the truth and truly ask if you have a cavity. He won’t hesitate to take your money.
I have kept Dr. Dilts as my dentist for 15 years... even when I moved away from the area for a time, I literally flew back for appointments at times. He is very practical about needed work, his costs are very fair, and his hygienists are very considerate. The office staff is exceptional as well, incredibly friendly. I have never had such a good experience with any doctor's office before - medical, eye, or dentist.
Dr. Diltz is an excellent dentist. He always makes me feel at ease. He is the best! He also has a great staff. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I could not be happier!
If Dr Dilts was all the way across town I would still drive all that way to go there. The front desk, the hygienist and the Dr. are exceptional.
Dr. Cole is genuinely kind, patient, and attentive. She is very knowledgeable and sincerely answered all of my questions and concerns. Her staff is equally friendly and personable.
I brought all my 3 children to this practice for 10 years. Staff is great kids enjoy it. However I run into traffic on ine appointment and was told to reschedule Iwas fine with that except they were not willing to help me do that because now I have to download the app and do it online.Unfortunately you get about 15 texts each day with slots that suddenly opened which did not work for me.When I asked staff to help me I was told my only way to get in is to do it online. So now I am looking to see another dentist.
Very friendly office and they understand how to deal with children delicately and really make it fun for them. A caring Practice.I highly recommend for children.
I have taken my son last 5 years to Dr. Camps and was very pleased with their service until recently.Over the last year its been a challenge to book an appointment.Once I have an appointment I get a call from their office to reschedule due to and error overbooking and off course snowinclement weather. Finally I get to my appointment and the technician and Dr. Talk about their personal lives decision while treating my son.Instead of focusing in making my son feel at eased during his procedure.I had difficulty once more scheduling the second half off his procedure. The day before his appointment I received a call to please arrive 15 minutes late to his appointment due to and error in schedule. The day off his appointment I Arrived 20 minutes late and I am told they can see him because I am late. Its very frustrating to bent over backwards for their convenience But they cant do the same for their patience.I moved my children from Dr. Camps. Some times we settle for less because we dont have the time but after my experience its not worth settling for less.
I took my twin boys in for their first cleaning and was taken aback by the exceptional service we received. Not only were we greeted with a smile we were assisted immediately! Everyone in the office is cheery happy welcoming helpful. and exceptional. We had the privilege of meeting Dr. Camps himself and were not disappointed with his warm smile and kind words. My boys were made to feel comfortable right away and the got through their first dental visit quickly and happily. I was truly taken aback by the amazing service we received and would recommend to every parent. Other dental centers and doctors offices should take notes! Dr. Camps has set the bar high!
We had to wait for 2months to get appointment as my daughter has special need .They see special need children on Wednesday only. That wasnt the problem. The tech started cleaning her and when she started cleaning her front teeth my daughter became sensitive and tried to get up the tech said they will take here to private room and finish the cleaning after the doctor finish examining her. The Dr said her teeth are ok. Then I was waiting for them to finish the cleaning instead they said since they don want children to have bad experience once they resist they dont try to clean them again. I couldnt belief what I was hearing. I explained my concern to the office manager but everybody kept repeating the same thing. we dont want the children to have bad experience ..some BS Of course she resist everyday when I brush her teeth do I leave it no I manage to do it every day . For me I didnt see any sympathy or any effort from the staff or the management to accommodate us. Their goal is to finish one customer at a very short time and move on. I will never go back to this place. They just took my money for nothing. I had a horrible experience
