2I have been ripped off. When I booked I made sure they accept my insurance and plan 100% and even when I came to office I checked back again that the service I'm getting is covered 100% by insurance. All the sudden after finishing the cleaning, the doctor told me that I have to pay and that the receptionist didn't know that when he confirmed to me that they accept my insurance. I was shocked and asked her how could that happen without any arrangement. She replied that I shouldn't think that they're ripping me off and they would do their best to contact my insurance and will refund me back. I was pissed off with that incident and came back next day complaining and let the receptionist called the doctor then she said if the insurance didn't pay back she will refund me after 3 weeks my money. Now it's been almost 2 months and I've been chasing them to do the refund and al what I hear is either the doctor is not there or busy, or they will check that and call back or just excuses. Never recommend going there since it seems you won't have a patient respectful relationship
