I have found Dr. Cohen is trustworthy, honest, skilled and smart. As well as compassionate. All qualities that are very important to me when choosing a dentist. I am unable to find another office with decent staff and the total package anywhere near my new home in FL. My family will return here forever for our dental work as long as this office is open.
As with other reviews posted, be wary. Pricing is subject to change (bait and switch), he recommends work that is not necessary, is blustery when you ask questions he doesn't want to answer, gets unprofessionally rude when you don't agree to extra work, and finally, will damage your teeth without you knowing. Be an educated consumer and ask questions of any dentist you visit. Consult your insurance company for any expensive work beforehand.
Agree with the comment by Melch. Dr. Cohen is a blowhard and a dope. There are plenty of good dentists in Marietta/East Cobb. Look for a good one.
Dr Bachour and her staff couldn't be more lovely. I was anxious about the treatment I was having and they couldn't have made me feel more comfortable and at ease. I have complete faith in Dr Bachour. Everybody was super friendly, from the time I walked in Nadia explained everything very throughly to put me at ease. My dental assistant could have been more attentive to my needs, i.e. cleaning out pieces of impression material following procedure, offering rinse water, washcloth to clean my face, etc. I guess I am used to this from past visits and missed having them offered to me. She wasn't awful but not great.

The Loudon Smile Center is by far the best dentists office I have ever been to. Unfortunately I have alot of dental problems and require some form of root canal or oral surgery once a year. The Loudon Smile Center is the first office that was more focused on my treatment rather than how I was going to pay for it up front. It makes the entire experience alot less stressful. If I could give you 100 stars I would. After being with a dentist for 40 years it is unnerving , to say the least , to have to pick a new one. Less than 2 weeks after our initial visit I ended up having a dental abcess and in need of a root canal. The receptionists are extremely welcoming and immediately put you at ease. Same with the hygienist! Dr Bachour explains everything she is going to do and walks you through it step by step. Much appreciated was the distracting TV placed in my line of site with one of my favorite shows playing! Post care was carefully explained and, as an emergency room nurse. Very much appreciated. State of the art care from beginning to end! So glad I found this amazing group!

I had an unexpected emergency surgery they day of my appointment and they where understanding, and just ask to please reschedule as soon as I'm better. She's always willing to help and support and in way!! I love that I can just go to her and she knows exactly what to do. Great employee.

I waited in the waiting room for 20 mins. After I made a comment to the receptionist, I was taken to a dental chair where I waited another 20 mins. This was a check up that literally took the surgeoun less than 5 minutes but I was there over an hour. When patients are not on time, we have to pay a late fee and reschdule our appointment. It is important to treat patients in the same manner of what you expect from them.

Due to insurance purposes, I left a really good dentist and was SO glad to have landed here on the first attempt in my search. Dr. Armentrout helped me whiten my teeth for my wedding day. I was nervous about sensitivity, and she told me how to best prepare for the initial whitening treatment. I followed her instructions and felt no pain. She sent me home with treatments to maintain my whiter shade, which I kept up with, and it made all the difference on my wedding day. Not only were my teeth much whiter, but Dr. Armentrout helped me feel confident enough to smile in my wedding photos without worrying about coffee-stained teeth. I have also been to Dr. Armentrout for regular cleanings and check-ups, and she is always professional and knowledgeable. She and her staff are consistently friendly and make me feel at ease about visiting the dentist.

good visit. went smoothly and didn'thurt much. especially liked that the toothbrush during the cleaning didn't sound like a drill. dr church and hygienist were both friendly and great and I didn't have the used car experience i've gotten at other dentists trying to sell me 100 things while i was in. thank you. enjoyed it.

Fabulous experience! from the time you walk in the door you are welcomed with wonderful people. Extremely professional and educated. for once my gums did not bleed. Bonus is they even give you hot towels here after your cleaning!
I visited this dental office today and love it! Dr Bochour, is highly professional, and very Kind. The Nurses and Staffs are very friendly and kind too! This is the only dental office that I ll be visiting here after.
