Great experience getting dental work caught up. I had not gone to a dentist for over 10 years. Dr Bachour is so patient, gentle and kind. The office is exceptionally clean. The staff are professional and helpful.
Had a great experience as usual for my routine check up and teeth cleaning! They also did molds for a mouth night guard and everything went so well and smoothly! Great service and very personable patient-centered care! Love the 2 Stephanie's and Dr. Bachour!!!
I was very pleased with my visit. Dr. Bachour introduced herself to me in the waiting area before my appointment. When she came in for my exam she wasn't rushed at all, and listened to my concerns. She took her time answering my questions and explaining next steps. She was very warm and friendly, and put me at ease. Stephanie was my hygienist, and she was phenomenal. Very friendly, obviously a perfectionist when it comes to scaling and cleaning :) I was impressed with the office and team.
My dental visit was exceptionally good. As a new patient we dread making changes but Loudoun Smile Centers web site made the transition much easier it allowed me to set up an appointment and fill out new patient forms before going to the office. They also followed up on appointment the next day, they were able to contact my insurance provider and inquire what services were covered before my appointment to make the transition easygoing. The day of appointment the staff was friendly and efficient. The dental hygienist was very good at explaining procedures and making my experience less stressful. Thanks for making my smile happy.
Great dentist. Doesn't spend too much time lecturing about taking care of your teeth. She and the hygienists are very encouraging, nice, and do great work. You can really tell the whole office cares about their patients. First dentist I've ever had where I have left feeling like I enjoyed the appointment. Would absolutely recommend.

The most amazing dental center. Dr Bachour is caring, friendly, professional and pleasant. The front desk staff is super friendly and accommodating when making appointments. The hygienists take their time and explain every step of the process. Every visit is a wonderful experience!
That was my first visit to the Loudoun Smile Center. Usually, I feel anxious during the first meeting with a new doctor, but, this time, everything went exceptionally well. Dr. Nadia Armentrout was very attentive to all my needs and concerns, I am very satisfied with the plan of treatment she developed and looking forward to starting it. Everybody was professional and friendly, I was provided with the whole explanation of medical and financial parts of the problem. A very good beginning I should say.

I have never gotten such a thorough examination, it made me feel that not only my teeth but my overall health is important to them. She is a great asset to the practice. Never thought i would like going to the dentist this much. Keep up the good work guys and see you in 6 months :)
Best Dental Experience Ever! Dr Bachour and her staff were spectacular. It wasn't until my appointment at the Smile Center that I realized just how rushed all other dental appointments in my past have been. The appointment took a little longer than expected, but every step was explained to me, they were very thorough with various new tools and techniques and I felt very well taken care of. My comfort throughout also seemed to be most important which was also refreshing. Even the 2nd story view overlooking the square in Loudoun One was great! I've never been able to enthusiastically recommend a dentist, but I can now!

Dr. Armentrout is amazing. She knows I have sensitivity so she's extra careful and does my cleaning by hand to mitigate my discomfort. The office is beautiful and modern and staff are always super friendly. Dr. Armentrout has a great, fun, personality and yet at the same time, a calming presence while she's working on you. She's like the Bob Ross of dentists - you will have happy little teeth!! :)
Awesome service! Just got a few fillings, and they are wonderfully contoured to my teeth. There is always a short wait time and the staff makes sure you feel comfortable.
Excellent service! A phone call to fix an appointment with them gave me such positive vibes and i felt the same good energy when i reached there. Dr. Nadia and her assistant were so warm and friendly. I have seen a lot of dentists and this is the best experience ever. They explained everything so nicely and clearly. The treatment, hygiene everything was just at its best. And above all the charges are quite affordable. Would highly recommend.

Great place! The office was very clean and well organized. The Entire staff was very polite and friendly. No waiting time at all which was really great. Dr. Armentrout treated me very nicely. She did my root canal and after that she gave me her cell number(which is very rare) and told me I can call her anytime in case I have any questions or concerns. I have never seen any doctor who gives his/her cell number to their patients.

Beautiful office, they make you feel so comfortable! I had to get a crown replaced and I watched fixer upper the whole time. the dentist was awesome.
Everyone you interact with here is phenomenal. Dr. Bachour is very detail oriented and meticulous with her dental work; she is also very responsive and listens to her patients. The dental hygienist (Laura) provided the most gentlest, yet thorough cleanings I've experienced. Everyone on staff is in good spirits, very personable, and a pleasure to interact with. Great place... a much better atmosphere than most dental offices!
Very professional - as well as very personable. Dr. Armentrout is excellent and makes the patient feel very comfortable - she is very caring. The practice goes to great lengths to care for the patient and provide good service.
This was my first visit to Loudoun Smile. The staff there are exceptionally professional and kind. I've had some not so good experiences eith prior dentist. But they assured me that I matter. Can't wait til my next appointment.
