Welcome To Loudoun Pediatric Dentistry

Have been with Loudoun Pediatric Dentistry for the past 4 years. We love Dr Lan and the staff. They are great with special needs kiddos. My only frustration with them is when there is a problem, we have to go in for a quick check and then an appointment is scheduled to fix the issue. It is hard when you are dealing with a special needs child to make the extra trips.

The staff and Dr. Steve were all wonderful. The waiting area is amazing, movie playing, video games, toys, books, etc. And there were prizes, balloons, stickers, etc. My son (age 3 with developmental delays) had a rough time and threw a huge, long drawn out tantrum, and everyone was super patient and kind throughout. The only thing to report that wasn't awesome is that the anesthesiologist that Dr .Steve works with does not bill insurance, so we will have to pay up front (a LOT of money) for general anesthesia, which is what is required in order to do xrays and fill cavities on my uncooperative son. I really loved everything else about this practice but may have to go elsewhere if I can find a dentist whose anesthesiologist will work with insurance.

My son was having a rough time at his appointment, but they really took their time and was patient and help calm him down even though we were running over our appointment. I would not hesitate to go back. Thank you!!!
