For people who work Monday to Friday, is very hard to fit in this 9-5. Too bad they don't have open on Saturday at least.

On Tuesday, June 14 It was 80 degrees without the heAt index at the City of Chicago Clerks Office. The place is so small you could only fit approximately 15 people at one time. There were approximately 15 to 20 people who had to wait outside in the heat. This is an awful way for the city of Chicago to conduct business. How archaic in the year of 2016.
You'll wait in line, but not for long. Make sure you have your paperwork and you'll be in and out in an extended snap. I'd rather go here than the corner store.
Actually not a bad place. Yeah the employees can seem a little rude and annoyed, but that is because the idiots that come here with no paperwork. If I had to deal with the clueless people who show up here, I would be annoyed and rude too.
