The staff is friendly and professional. Dr Dow took great care with my examination, explaining everything he was doing clearly and being very thorough. I think he is an excellent dentist and a nice fellow with a good sense of humor.

I found Dr. Dow's office through yelp after moving to South Loop and having an unexpected tooth situation. I normally dread going to dentists due to past experience but Dr. Dow and his team made me feel super comfortable and at ease during the entire process! Dr. Dow was very helpful and great at explaining everything step by step and made sure my experience was painless and stress free! I highly recommend him - the best dentist I ever had!
