Sarah was kindly coaching me as I was having upper and lower molds taken , something I usually have a very difficult time with . She is a true professional and a comforting personality . I have complete trust in Dr. Hollrich's work . He is a friendly and extremely competent dentist . He is more than fair in his pricing . So glad I chose this office for my dental needs.
i had a tooth rear it’s ugly head on a Wednesday and the staff got me in the same evening. Dr. H was so nice and concerned about the amount of swelling that he gave me a prescription for an antibiotic and said he wanted to see me Friday. He came in early so that he could see where my swelling was after a day on the antibiotic and I could still make it to work on time! I can’t say enough about how awesome everyone is and how caring they are! Oh, let me say also that I am a huge weeny when it comes to the dentist due to bad experiences as a child but their office is actually relaxing and they are all aware of my fears so they keep me relaxed as well!
I LOVE the staff here. Julie in particular. She was wonderful as well as everyone else I've talked to there. They really make you feel good about going to the dentist and are never judgmental.
I have been coming to Grandview Dental for 3 years now and 2 years ago I chipped my front tooth. Although it was minor, I've been extremely self-conscious about it. I have had it bonded 2 times before and wasn't super impressed with what it looked liked...I'll admit, it's difficult to make my front teeth look the same. Today, Sarah KILLED the bonding game! She was so gentle and so precise. She literally made my front teeth look PERFECT and I couldn't be happier. Faye at the front desk told me yesterday that I would love her and her work...and I totally do. Thank you for making me feel beautiful again, Grandview Dental :)

I started going to Grandview Dental about 11 years ago. I was looking into Invisalign braces and Dr. Thompson told me about Lumineers as an alternative because my teeth were pretty straight but had spaces between them. In just a couple of shorts visits, I had them in place. After all these years, I've never had a problem with them, and they still look perfect and I still get compliments on them often. When I go in for my checkups, everyone at Grandview Dental is always really nice, professional and down to Earth. They know you by name and make you feel at home. This is the best dentist office I've ever been to and I recommend them any time someone asks me about a dentist.

I have never had a poor experience here. The staff is SO nice and their quality of work is top notch. If you associate dentists with pain and discomfort, you should check out Grandview Dental because it'll change your mind!!! They also have a great deal on whitening that I took advantage of, and let me know about a free pre-wedding teeth cleaning that I will definitely be using soon! :)

I have been going to Grandview Dental Care for many years. All of the dentists and staff are wonderful. Everyone is very knowledgeable and caring. They have the latest cutting-edge technology. I went in for a crown today and left 2 1/2 hours later with it in place! There was no pain whatsoever. I have always felt comfortable there. I wouldn't go any where else.

I was especially impressed with every member of the Grandview Dental Care practice I encountered and all the services I received at today's appointment. From Faye who called to rearrange my appoint time to reduce any waiting to Abbie who collected my personal history. Hygienist Shana was personable, sensitive, and competent as was dentist Abraham Hoelllrich in his thorough examination and thoughful recommendations. Administrative staff Kristy and Misty were friendly and efficient in discussing services rendered and billing options. Facilities were functional and clean. Equipment seemed state-of-the-art, including advanced imagining technology, monitors to display X-ray results, and communication systems connecting the entire team. I was pleased with the location of the parking lot location immediately accessible to the building, convenience of rest room, and reception area's provision of refreshment. All-in-all, this seems like an excellent business operation with exceptional services delivered by very nice people.

From the minute you walk in the door a person could not ask for a more enjoyable dentist visit! I know, it sounds funny, but it sure helps to always be greeted with a warm enthusiastic smile and "hello" and then depart to "have a great day" and know the staff you are talking with means what they are saying. Liz was my dental hygienist and did a great job cleaning my teeth. She was friendly and informative. I met with Dr. Hoellrich who gave my teeth a thorough examination and described areas of treatment that I may need to address. He prioritized treatment and made suggestions. However there was no pressure to do so.

This was my first visit to the office and my son's first ever dentist appointment. They truly exceeded any expectations I had. Not just for finding a new dentist but for a pediatric dentist as well. I hate going to the dentist but everyone at Grandview Dental was amazing!! The technician was so thoughtful and considerate when going extra work on my teeth, always asking how I felt; how I was doing. Dr Thompson was professional and very warm and inviting. Everyone made sure i had all my questions answered. They all went above and beyond. I will definitely be coming here more often. Maybe I will even change that first statement... I was nervous about going to a new dentist, especially after having been a bit lapsed in my regimes. But from the front desk to the dreaded dentist chair it was as delightful as it could be! Misty at the front desk was nice and welcoming. Julie, my hygienist (hope that is the correct title) , was wonderful. She explained everything she was about to do and why it was being done. I'm sure it was not as delightful for Julie to put me back in shape but she never judged and simply put me at ease. Dr. Chitkara was pleasant, thorough and relatable. The whole experience from the time of making the appointments to walking out the door was absolutely enjoyable! Everyone we encountered were kind, polite, and seemed to thoroughly enjoy their jobs and it shows. It was an almost magical experience for my 2 toddler boys! They had a blast! The staff really engaged them and the boys were all ears. Words can't say enough for the hygienists that took care of them! I haven't stopped smiling, I wish other healthcare professionals would learn from them. The office was warm, clean and very welcoming! We can't wait to come back! Wonderfully kid friendly!!!

Sorry but "pleasant" is as good as I can go with a visit to the dentist. It's never one of those things people usually look forward to. BUT, if it were any other dentist then the adjectives would probably be four letter words. Seriously you have taken a lot of the "pain" out of going to the dentist. Always courteous, pleasant, never rushed and able to meet my schedule even with unexpected dental repairs. AND, I have to mention you also having all of the latest equipment to make things fast and complete. Thank you all for making me almost look forward to "going to the dentist".

I got a great cleaning along with Xrays. In my previous appointment, Kay noted some white lines inside my bottom lip so she had be contact OSU for an appointment. She also recommend that I quit using the new mouthwash I had just switched to. Then brush three times a day instead of my normal two. This I did, resulting in the white lines going away. As a result, I no longer had to go to my appointment at OSU.
Everyone was so welcoming and kind. I appreciate the time everyone took explaining things to me and look forward to my next visit.

Grandview Dental has been around since 1978. With that said, it feels and looks like it was opened yesterday. I saw Kay again today for my routine cleaning. Couldn't be happier with Grandview Dental. They are always very thorough and mindful about what I need in the appointment. They explain dental terminology in a way that I can understand it, and they were incredibly knowledgable. After several bad dentist experiences, it's the only place I will go.
The highest praise I can give to Grandview Dental is that they have significantly lessened my hatred of going to the dentist. At previous times in my life I would only go once every two years when things started getting really painful in my mouth - this led to various problems with my gums and, eventually, a root canal. Everything Grandview Dental Care does is with the comfort and ease of their patients in mind. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
GV Dental is by far and without a doubt the best dentist office! I've been a patient at GV Dental for four years; I always leave with a smile knowing I'm well taken care of and in good dental hands. Even with the construction and the street being closed they made certain their patients knew where to park. The thoughtful little things they do add up to create a welcoming environment, where patients are treated with kindness, expertise, professionalism, and care. I'll never go to another dentist while I live in Columbus.

I went today (7/26/16) to see Dr. Thompson. I had a implant. I was a little nervous at first, but once Dr. Thompson and his staff started doing the procedure they made me feel totally at ease. I must say it was pain free. He did the procedure in about an hour! I would highly vouch for him and his staff. They do excellent work and at a reasonable cost! Go see him!!!

I was impressed with my experience from start to finish! As a new patient I called the office and had an appointment scheduled with no problems. I had a good chat with both Faye and Abby at the front desk while I waited for my appointment to begin. My hygienist, Adrien, was really great, taking the time to answer each of my questions, clear about each thing she was doing during the exam and cleaning, and fun to chat with as the appointment went along! Dr. Hoellrich and Beth were also both very nice. I especially appreciate Dr. Hoellrich taking extra steps to answer my questions. And Beth made the payment process simple and easy. Kay, my hygienist was super as usual. She always takes the time to answer any questions I have. She takes interest in me as a person as much as a patient. Dr. Thompson was kind and thorough.
Bar none the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office. Kind, clear, not aggressive and all round good compassionate people. I am so relieved to have a place that I feel completely at ease. Much gratitude.

On my recent trip for my teeth cleaning I was treated by a friendly hygienist who carefully listened to my concerns and gently scraped and prodded till everything was sparkling. As a bonus I got to have Dr. Bill check and then talk to me about future work that needs to be done. And my blood pressure is always low when I visit. (Smile) Have a nice day!!!!

I just recently moved from my hometown so this was my first visit to a new dentist in 26 years and this team was awesome! Everyone was friendly even the dentist himself came in and was polite. They got right to taking care of me and I felt that I was getting genuine advice that wasn't meant to get as much money out of me as possible.

I've always had some fear of going to the dentist. As a kid it was overly exaggerated- fear of drills and pain! As an adult the fear has been dealing with people who don't really love their job, who look at you as a paycheck, who view you as a number, and who hurry you through the whole process. And are kinda rude... My impression of what a visit to a dentist's office can be was totally revamped... Forever! From Sarah Balser speaking so well about her workplace and giving a very positive recommendation, to being welcomed by Misty, to being treated incredibly well by my hiegenist Julie, to Dr H explaining so thoroughly my upcoming procedures, to being helped to understand my whitening kit by Bre, to outstanding help with billing by Beth... WOW! I have never had this kind of service from start to finish... The entire dental office, front to back is well laid out. Very clean! Comfy! And they have the finest and most up-to-date tools/equipment I've ever seen in a dental office. Very knowledgeable staff... Wait until you see the results of a 3-D x-ray. I have never seen such technologically advanced techniques used and we were cared for at a very large dental practice in Rochester NY for 6 years. But not this good! As I was sitting in the waiting room, while my wife's visit was being completed, another patient said he's used Grandview Dental since 1980. That spoke volumes! Now I know why... If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I am going to spread the word!!! Thanks so much Grandview Dental!!! Looking forward to my upcoming visits!!!

I had a very rare experience of having to wait for my appt. I understand that these things happen occasionally and to be honest, I can't remember ever having to wait very long. Office staff apologized several times for my wait and I was pleasantly surprised with a gift card for my troubles. I think you run a very efficient, friendly practice! As for the cleaning and exam, they always go well. Kay is awesome!

I can tell Dr. Hoellrich has military experience. The office operated smoothly from check in to check-out. Solid communication across all levels of staff to ensure smooth transitions from assistants to dentist to receptionists. Additionally, the time it took for them to complete both visits today (had a fillings looked at and another adjusted later that day) was faster than the wait at the last dentist. A product of their efficiency. Customer service was spot-on too- hygienists and dentists alike took time to explain the situation. Polite and friendly service across the board.

I called as a new patient with a difficult schedule and a problem tooth. I was scheduled as soon as they could get me in. A half hour later they called back to say they could get me in the same day! Dr. Thompson is amazing and has at times had to be very innovative in repairing my dental issues. The staff is wonderful and make you feel like family. And now.......great news!.....I can come here and get my Juvederm fillers! Dr. Hoellrich is wonderful and I could not be more pleased with the results I have gotten from him! He is the best I have ever seen at this!

Given the current state of my oral health, hesitation, and age the Grandview Dental staff did an awesome job at servicing me! Prior to GD I had a dentist who severed me for 10 years, but I wanted a new start in many areas of my life, and that included finding a new dental practice. Hopefully the wow factor will not be less than what it was as I continue with my treatment plan. Julie (hygienist) put me at easy and Dr. Hoellrich was personable and kind. Staff in the office were attentive as well as informative. The information presented wasn't too overwhelming and GD offers reasonable payment plans which is a HUGE deal for me since this stuff can get pricey. Thank you Stacia and Misty for just being cool! See ya soon! : ) ps. If they were bogus I wouldn't have taken the time from eating my rice krispy treat to write this, nor would I go back. True story.

I was hesitant about scheduling an appointment since I had not been to the dentist for quite some time. And by that, I envision the dentists dropping their instruments in horror if they truely knew how long it had been. However I was immediately put to ease with greeting from the receptionist, Abby. She was very welcoming and friendly as well as were the other staff. The facility was clean and bright, providing a home like feeling. The wait time was not long at all; within 10 to 15 minutes. I was introduced to Kay the dental hygienist, who was very informative and had a great sense of humor.She was gentle with the cleaning and explained each step prior to taking ex-rays and completing procedures. With the "estimated" time frame I provided of my last dental visit she replied that it was a judge free zone. I breathed a sigh of relief, silently with the reassurance (not sure if you caught that Kay). Dr. Hoellrich answered my questions and concerns with professionalism, but was yet very personable and kind. Prior to my leaving, staff provided costs including what my insurance would cover for future procedures and was flexible with scheduling. In summary, I would highly recommend Grandview Dental for your dental needs.

Love this office and Dr. Hoellrich is great! Everyone is very professional and they really take time with to get to know their patients. The new technology that they use makes me feel confident that I'm getting the best dental care out there.
This practice is wonderful- friendly staff, gentle hygienists, great doctors. The beautifully renovated office and updated technology are a nice plus, too. We no longer live close to Grandview Dental but will continue to come here for our dental care!
While I was certainly not looking forward to something called "scaling and root planing", the whole experience was as pleasant as possible and not nearly as bad as I had imagined! I feel very fortunate to be a patient at Grandview Dental Care.
The experience was good, the staff friendly, thorough, and professional. The doctor tipped me off to a possible problem regarding an old crown that was wearing and would need replaced and thankfully, I did not feel pressured to fix it right away but he showed me x-rays and why he was concerned. Office staff were able to give me an estimated quote for that, with and without my insurance coverage.

My appointment was scheduled to look at a broken tooth and I appreciate that you recognized that I drive well over an hour to get to the office so you took the time to fix it right then. I have been a patient of Grandview Dental Care since late 1970 and even though I have moved out of the area I continue and will continue to go there for my dental needs. It's a very friendly and efficient office environment. It's also obvious that the staff and doctors keep up with the most recent dental practices.

Julie is equally wonderful with adults and children. Though I don't particularly like having a different hygienist every visit, Julie is great! Children get a token for a "good visit" and there is a machine out front to use them in...can't beat that for getting the kid in the chair! Also, had the new dentist, Dr. Chikara (sp?) and he is great, too.

I drive across town just to continue being a patient at Grandview Dental- it's worth the drive. Every one there is fantastic- from the warm crew at the front desk to Dr. Hoellrich's professionalism. Our hygienist Kay is a rock star! The kids LOOK FORWARD to going to the dentist because of her. No kidding. Squeals of excitement when I tell them they have an appointment that day.

Of all the dentist offices I've ever been to, this one is the best. Everyone there is always very friendly and professional. When I arrive for my appointments, they always get me from the waiting area on time and I have never had to wait past my scheduled time. The offices are very nice and very clean and it seems that they are all up to date with the latest equipment and skills. I am really happy that I picked Grandview Dental Care when I moved to Columbus. I have been going there since 2007 and have no plans to change.

I had filling work done at Grandview Dental today. They greeted me and knew who I was as I walked through the door. The steps of the procedure were explained in advance so I knew what to expect. I was treated well by the dentist and the hygenist/filling specialist.

As a first time patient my experience was very positive. The entire staff is extremely nice and accommodating (got me in right away). The office is decorated beautifully and very clean. I was very satisfied with the care I received.
My appt. was at 11:10am. I walked in and went to the facility, walked out and sat down to open a book that I had brought with me. The reason for the book is that many appt. that one has requires waiting for some minutes. Well I didn't have to wait, before I got the book open my name was called and a lovely young person was summoning me to come with her. We went to the area where my mouth would be worked on. From that moment on the filling that I was having replaced was a most excellent experience from the talk to keep me calm, to taking my blood pressure, to preparation for injections so I wouldn't feel the pain of drilling, to the injections (which I didn't feel at all), . . . to replacing the filling couldn't have been more comfortable for the work being done. I would recommend them, Grandview Dental Care, to anyone needing the services they provide. My rating is excellent.
This is easily the best dental practice I have been part of.. and at age 67, I have seen many. I love the way they treat me. I can tell from the great staff attitudes it has to be a good place to work. My daughter in law is also a patient here and my son is going to start coming soon.

I felt very comfortable, well-taken care of, had all remaining questions answered and really liked how thorough Amanda and the doc. were! I have been going to Dr. Thompson and Staff forever. They are wonderful people and do an excellent job. Cleaning teeth, which is what I recently had done, is second nature to them. I have known that Dr. Thompson keeps up on all the latest techniques, and considers what is best for the person in front of them, since he has been doing it. I will be getting a filling in a month. The business does excellent dental work and what they don't practice, for example, periodontal work, they send you to an excellent Periodontist.

Being a person with extreme anxiety about visiting the dentist, I chose Grandview Dental Care because they used different types of sedation therapy and I thought that this was a sure indicator of a staff that worked to give their patients a positive dental experience. Unfortunately, I had a different experience that what I had hoped for. I felt that the Dr. Hoellrich was a little condescending and did not take the time to explain to me what was going on with my teeth. He was very pushy about me undergoing a specific procedure, and did not care about my hesitations about it. He made a rude comment about me using the internet for dental information, and quite frankly made me feel like an idiot. I told him I was very nervous and even felt sick to my stomach from the anxiety, yet he remained pushy and apathetic,- but upbeat? I scheduled a new dental appointment with a different dentist the next day (Grandview Dental Care's office staff was very helpful and prompt in transferring my x-rays, which I appreciated).
Today I got a new patient evaluation, we made a plan and I have estimates for everything that needs done. I feel the rates are fair and I agree the plan meets my own thoughts and my budget. My daughter-in-law is a patient here and I am glad she recommended this practice

How many moms can honestly say their kids love going to the dentist? My kids look forward to their visit for days. The staff is wonderful, and they make it a fun and exciting adventure for my 3 and 8 year olds.
This was Reese's second cleaning; she is 3 years old. She loved it! She felt very comfortable and even though she was a little afraid of the scraper, she finally let Dr. H count her teeth with it! Miss Julie was amazing and let Reese help so much and she did a great job explaining what she was doing. We love coming to your office in Grandview! The staff was very accommodating, letting me prepay and getting prescriptions for my husband to take so that I could have my pain medication and antibiotics upon completion of the dental service. I got a tooth extraction, bone graft,and a temporary crown placed --- the beginning of a long period of dental work needed. Dr. Thompson and his staff explained everything verbally and in writing so that I understood the whole process and after procedure care needs. I was put under anesthesia with no problem and before I knew it, was home sleeping. The dentist even called myhome later in the evening to make sure I was OK. Stellar service!
I have a huge fear of dental work and a ton of work to be done. A close friend recommended her dentist, Dr. Bill Thompson at Grandview Dental Care. I have a series of dental surgeries to be performed and the 1st of those was today. I was up all night pacing with anxiety and this morning, the staff at Grandview Dental changed the way I view dental visits forever! The staff and doctor were attentive, reassuring, knowledgeable, kind and simply amazing. After having gotten the first of many procedures out of the way, I can say that for the first time in my life, I will be able to walk in to my next dental procedure with less anxiety and fear, knowing that I have the best care around at Grandview Dental!

They are really nice and considerate to each and every person. I was there just for teeth whitening, but my boyfriend had to have allot of work done. They have done a great job making him confident to smile again.
3 hours is a long time to wait for one tooth. It was nice that the cap was on and I do not have to come back but it was a long time. The new tool you have that helps keep your mouth open is priceless the staff are priceless the nice lady who assisted could not have been more caring and attentive.

I was nervous about trying a new dentist, but saw what great reviews Grandview Dental was getting from other patients, so I decided to give them a go. The circumstances of my visit weren't exactly comfortable - one of my molars was causing me excruciating pain - but the staff, hygentist, and dentist made me feel as comfortable as possible as soon as I walked in. The facility was great, and they were quick to diagnose my problem without causing my tooth to hurt worse. I walked out with a plan to fix my tooth and another appointment scheduled for my exam and cleaning. Thanks, Grandview Dental!

The day after a very large repair on an old filling plus cleaning and I have no pain or discomfort. I didn't even need an aspirin after all that! Everyone was so nice. What amazes me the most is I NEVER feel the needle. I feel so welcome. The Dr and staff make you feel like family! All I can say is if you have been putting off dental work because your scared of needles or discomfort don't be! This is pain free dentistry at it's best!

The office is very clean and organized. The staff is so friendly. They even checked on my husband while I was back having my tooth pulled. Which was painless! I didn't even feel the shot! I wish I had found them years ago. I had Dr. Hoelich, he was so nice and very professional. He let me know everything that needed done as did his assistant. The dental assistant I had was Nicole. She was so calming and such a lovely person. And when making the appointment(which I was in a bad way with a loose tooth) they were so accommodating. Brandy handled my appointment and was so pleasant. I would recommend them to everyone! I know you will be glad you went to them.

The last couple times I have been here I have waited anywhere from 20-40 mins after my appt time without anyone saying anything. I understand it is the end of the day and most likely they will be behind. It would be nice for us to at least know. My hygienist is always great.

I had two temporary crowns put on my back right teeth. I have very sensitive teeth but I thought the dentist and assistant worked well together. I called back an hour later letting them know how much pain I was in, and quickly was called in a pain prescription which did help me sleep last night. Thank you.

I had my initial appointment on the morning of June 30 and was promised a treatment plan to document the scope and pricing of the work that needed done later that afternoon. July 8, I still have no treatment plan nor have I heard from anyone at the office. I call and I'm offered apologies and excuses about vacation and the holiday. I'm not angry, but I want to begin work as I've suffered mouth pain from my dental problems for some weeks. I request the plan and am promised it later that day. July 10 I receive an email with more apologies and still NO TREATMENT PLAN. Now the excuse is that the financial coordinator needs to ask my dentist some questions and hopes to have the plan to me early next week. I do not understand how suc...

Thank you for excellent care. I had bad pain last night and you worked me in today! And you quickly found the cause of my problem as a crack in my tooth.I am very impressed, as a few years ago I had a cracked tooth. But then that dentist told me it was TMJ, then sinus problems,recommended sinus surgery,and finally after many doctor visits, lots of time and money, and much sickness, a specialist found that it was a hairline crack in my tooth.
I had begun to think that front desk staff were trained to be curt, unhelpful, and downright unpleasant. That is, until I became a patient at Grandview Dental. This medical practice ought to give seminars on how to treat patients. We are greeted by name with a smile (!). We are not kept waiting. Staff are friendly and conversational. I actually feel like I am the purpose of their day and not an interruption to it. Thank you.

Dr. Thompson is kind and gentle and lets me make my own informed decisions about my dental care. The front desk staff is courteous and friendly as well. This is a special place, and I'm glad I found it!

All staff are wonderfull! The only thing I would change is to not have any issues addressed with the patient in the main waiting area for all to hear. It was embarrassing to me. I know my personal pain did not make things any better but that is my burden to bear and was no fault of any staff member. Thank you for always being the best caring staff anyone could want!

The staff at Grandview Dental are very friendly. Appointments start on time. Easy access to parking. Newly renovated space. I have only had cleanings and x-rays done, but I feel that if I needed a more involved treatment they would provide excellent care.

The cleaning was done thoroughly and painlessly with everything explained. Staff were understanding about my financial situation and need to further delay needed dental work but helped by giving me a print out of costs for the first step in my procedure so that I know what to save for. Staff are very kind and understanding and just plain nice!
I was there for an 8 am appointment along with several other people, however the check in process was very efficient and I was back in the hygienists chair in minutes. She was very gentle with my cleaning and surprisingly the x rays were comfortable. Bonus, I got my Chai Latte on the way out!

The dental staff at Grandview Dental treated me kindly as I had two wisdom teeth removed. I felt both the procedure and my follow up were explained clearly and patiently by the dental assistant. The procedure was done this morning and I am back to work this afternoon.

Grandview Dental was extremely accommodating to me and my appointment. They were able to still squeeze me in after I had to cancel last minute. The staff was so welcoming an nice and the treatment was great. They also were helpful in letting me know the cost of different options regarding a cap for me. Overall, it was a great experience and I Have recommended them to other people.
Grandview Dental is an excellent dental practice. I randomly chose them when I first came to the area and am so glad I did. The staff are always professional and friendly. They consistently go above and beyond for their patients. You are never just a nameless patient, they treat you as an individual with respect. Shana is the dental hygienist I see and she is just amazing. I'm sure the others are great too. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a good dental practice.
Dr. Thompson and his staff are always helpful, friendly and professional! I have entrusted my dental care to Dr. Thompson since 1978 and will continue to do as long as I'm breathing and/or until his practices closers. So I figure I have another twenty years plus before I'm no longer a patient at Grandview Dental Care.

Heather was absolutely fantastic during my teeth cleaning. She made me feel at ease (which is hard to do, considering how nervous I get at the dentist), and she did really well at making sure I understood what was happening the entire time. The doctor is very thorough, and I feel very informed when I leave. I would definitely recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a nice, clean, complete, & trustworthy dentist.

Today was my first and last day at Grandview dental . If you don't like your insurance company and don't value your own time this is the place for you .They just want to rack up visits.

I was seen promptly; everything that was being done was thoroughly explained to me. The staff was courteous, polite and knowledgeable. I had a fever that day and was a bit grumpy and they made me feel at home and comfortable. Maybe a little more emphasis on the cosmetic procedures that are offered while I am more focused on my oral/tooth health, but I understand business and marketing. I didn't feel pressured I'm just more interested in the necessary work as opposed to some of the ancillary/cosmetic offerings.

Due to change of insurance policies by my employer, I was being treated by another Dentist and after a few years of not feeling comfortable with my care, I returned back to Dr. Thompson. Though I pay more because it is out of my network, it is very well worth it! Dr. Thompson and all of the Grandview Dental Staff Members are always courtesy and helpful; making me feel welcomed and at ease during my visits.
