The cleaning and simple dental procedure went fine, but the customer service needs improvement. I was given an estimate for a routine, simple procedure and told that I would not have to pay more than the estimated out of pocket expense. Upon receiving my bill, the cost was almost 50% more than originally estimated. When I inquired with Colette Fontaine as to the additional cost, this was her response: "The estimate we prepared for you was exactly that, an estimate." Thanks for the edification, Colette. I later called my insurance provider (whom Colette blamed for the additional cost) and was told that all the office had to do was call in to verify coverage with my insurance provider and they would have been informed of the actual cost for me, the patient. Had I known the actual cost I would have to pay, I would not have undergone the procedure as it was not necessary and my teeth were not in pain...but, they sold me on it. Excellent care, friendly staff, wheelchair accessible. Highly recommend! I had two crowns replaced. Dr. Lew made sure everything fit correctly before payment. Thank you Dr. Lew!

I have never felt more comfortable sitting in a dentist chair. He is amazing and doesn't make you feel bad about the condition of your teeth. Instead he gives you hope and makes you feel good. On Friday I had a extraction and a root canal done by Dr Lew and his skilled assistant Andrea. I feel great. The Temporary he did looks like the real deal. Go to Doctor Lew I promise you won't regret it.
