If you have a tight schedule or value your time, this is probably not the place for you. I've missed quite a few work meetings with the long wait times whether it's in the waiting area or sitting in the chair. While the Dentists and Hygienists time is important, so is their patients. I have to wait for a minimum of 30-50 minutes almost every time I come in (I've been there eight times). I also had to return 4x for a mouth guard that was poorly done and even had to have 3 people to pry it out of my mouth because it was so tight. Dr. Sadeghi, Amber, and Dr. Carr (with my very limited interactions with him) are wonderful. Unfortunately, the patient experience with his office managers is not great. Even after my first review, instead of a simple apology and acknowledgement that they can do better, they responded saying I was making up my experiences and passive aggressive. I work an important job and my time is very valuable so I keep track of it. I can't afford to wait for a full hour to see someone so of course I will start showing up a bit later to save some time. I can only put up with poor management so long before having to regretfully give up one of the best dentists I've had. I feel very sad to have my family lose a good dentist but the office staff needs to be replaced before we can go back. Good paper pushing doesn't always equate good customer service.

I had an emergency with one of my fillings that fractured and I was having horrible anxiety about going to the dentist to have it re-done. I was referred to George Carr DDS & Associates by my girlfriend. I called the office and they were able to get me in immediately and I swear by this office, I have very bad dental anxiety and this was the most pleasant experiance I have ever had with any dentist. The staff was very polite and the procedure it self was litteraly painless. I would recommend this office to everyone! I will be returning for all my dental needs in the future!
