Their office was kind of clean. but I didn't feel comfortable with the staffs over there. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. One of my filling failed at that time but should be fixable but Dr Canal insisted to have root canal on my tooth, and he cheated on me. I lost a live tooth! I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. Dr. Canal is a genuinely kind and caring professional.
