I can't even begin to say enough excellent things about Joanna and her wonderful crew! We were welcomed from the first moment we walked in the door and have been happy to bring friends and family into the office to join in the fun. Who thought anyone would ever say that about going to the dentist?! I want to also give a special shout to Julie. She was new when we started with the office, but I have to say she has become an expert in record time. She helped us to find a discount plan for one of our siblings and researched coverage for another sibling when we had no clue about his coverage. Basically, we have told her we have no idea more than once and she took it as a personal challenge and came through in spades. If you are hesitant about going to the dentist, make Joanna and her fantastic team yours.
I visited Dr. Claustro's office for the first time today. What a fun, friendly and professional staff and environment. And she's the funnest dentist I've seen since I was a kid!! She's excellent -- personable, professional, fun, and super caring. She is conscientious of your comfort level throughout your visit. There are no sales video on a constant loop. No hard sell (or soft for that matter) for procedures that are purely aesthetic. The staff had my insurance sorted out before I arrived and while I was being seen they made sure that insurance would cover the procedures I needed. And even then I was given ample time to decide if I wanted to have the procedures at all. She took time to explain everything that was happening with my middle-aged teeth. How I could slow down inevitable wear and tear and all without a lecture on flossing!! And her staff explained how my insurance would cover her follow-up care plan so there would be no monetary surprises. Also, totally getting the toothbrush she recommends. No one likes a face full of tartar. Just sayin.
I am very impressed by Dr. Claustro and the rest of the team at this dental office. Great results in a friendly atmosphere. Just as others have pointed out... Not your typical experience. I highly recommend this knowledgable and skilled dentist!
Dr. Joanna Claustro is the most amazing Dentist I have ever met! Her true professionalism and bedside manner makes you feel more confidant and comfortable than you can ever imagine. Especially being in a dental chair! Along with her honest assessment of your dental needs she recommends a plan for you and never makes you feel pressured to do anything you are not comfortable with. The visit wouldn't be complete without Fabiola and Esa by her side. They all work together to create a family friendly environment that makes you feel as if you are visiting life long friends. I highly recommend Dr. Joanna Claustro, DMD.
What an amazing dental experience! I was so impressed with Dr. Joanna Claustro and her team. Dr. Claustro was very thorough, explaining who she is as a dentist and her approach. The dental hygienist was extremely friendly and conscious of making sure I was comfortable during the visit. Esa, the patient coordinator and face of the front office, came back to discuss my treatment plan and explain how my insurance would work during the visit. I was so impressed with the overall experience and highly recommend this dentist office.
