I'll start off by saying that Dr. Ike Lans and Anna (dental assistant?) make the BEST dental team I've ever come across (...and my teeth have seen a LOT of dentists). They created a fun and relaxing environment, and I actually looked forward to visiting them for my check-ups.
I've been a patient of Dr Ike Lans for over 12 years now and I completely trust them, know that I'm going to get excellent customer service, and they communicate so well with me as a patient. My oldest son who is 17 years old now goes to the practice as well. I highly recommend switching to this dentist!
I also had a terrible experience with this office and I do not intend to go back ever. I simply went there for consultation for a cavity. For this particular cavity, they said we need to do a tooth implant and they wanted to charge me $5990.00. Furthermore, when I asked for my xrays, I did not get them. I needed my xrays for a second opinion. After 3 calls, and their promises of emailing to me....I still do not have it. My dental insurance just like most other insurances allows one set of xrays per year. So I do not know what is their gain by not giving me my xrays....
