As mentioned in a few other reviews, Dr. Mc Grady's demeanor (bedside manor) is polite and reassuring. He went slow and explained what he was doing throughout the process. Like many people I do not enjoy dental treatment and certainly no one "looks forward" to a root canal, but Dr. McGrady is truly awesome at what he does. As for Dr. McGrady's team: Viola squeezed me in on very short notice (same day) and both her and Lisa were very pleasant, courteous and, professional. This emergency appointment was scheduled at the very end of their work day and they stayed later than usual to accommodate me. Thank you Dr. McGrady, Lisa, and Viola.

Dr McGrady is the most gentle, soft-spoken, calming, reassuring endodontist there could ever be!! He's the Best. it was almost pleasant having a root canal.

Dr. McGrady and his staff were truly excellent. I had a broken tooth in need of a root canal and was able to get an immediate appointment. Office is very clean, and the front desk and billing staff were very welcoming and professional. I didn't even need to fight with insurance, they had everything taken care of for me. Dr. McGrady and his assistant had a wonderful "bedside" manner, very calm and reassuring. He even provided lovely trivia for me as he worked! I had a clear understanding of what he was doing, why it was happening, what materials he was using, and what steps I needed to take to care for my tooth. Even before I met him, another patient leaving the office was saying how pleasant her experience was. I would highly recommend him for anyone in the Fort Myers area and am very thankful my dentist referred me to Dr. McGrady for the procedure. I will definitely return to Dr. McGrady for any future endodontic needs.
