Prosthodontics, also known as dental prosthetics or prosthetic dentistry, is the area of dentistry that focuses on dental prostheses.
I have been ripped off. When I booked I made sure they accept my insurance and plan 100% and even when I came to office I checked back again that the service I'm getting is covered 100% by insurance. All the sudden after finishing the cleaning, the doctor told me that I have to pay and that the receptionist didn't know that when he confirmed to me that they accept my insurance. I was shocked and asked her how could that happen without any arrangement. She replied that I shouldn't think that they're ripping me off and they would do their best to contact my insurance and will refund me back. I was pissed off with that incident and came back next day complaining and let the receptionist called the doctor then she said if the insurance didn't pay back she will refund me after 3 weeks my money. Now it's been almost 2 months and I've been chasing them to do the refund and al what I hear is either the doctor is not there or busy, or they will check that and call back or just excuses. Never recommend going there since it seems you won't have a patient respectful relationship
Mostly a clean place (except for the waiting room- too many stains on their chairs). Staff are friendly. Wait is a bit too long. Dentist is nice though...
I have been seeing Dr. Nihal and Hirant Bicakci for three years now. Every visit is a great experience with them. They both like to explain the procedures in details, they both have great experience, and I love that I can see a Prosthodontist without paying more than a general dentist. Staff is also so friendly. The greatest part is , now they have an office in downtown Chicago. I am sorry, but I am not going back to the other to locations now ;) the view is amazing here! I love my dentists!
Dr. Bicakci and her staff are extremely professional and friendly. She took her time to explain all options for my teeth. All these years I have been seeing Dr. Lynch, I am so happy that he found Dr. Bicakci to transfer his patients and his practice. You can tell that she loves her specialty.
Absolutely love this place not only because of a beautiful view from a window, where you literally forget that you are visiting your dentist, but also because doctor and clinic staff members are focusing all their attention and professionalism on you to make sure you are comfortable and happy with your smile! I recommend this place to everyone.
