They take the time to get know you, not just your dental history and any issues you have or have had, but in general as a person. Next, you either have no wait or an extremely short wait (because I arrived early), until you are taken back for your always on time appointment. Again you feel welcomed and are made comfortable as you are made ready for your visit. All the appointments I have had have been clearly articulated, pain-free, surgically run, and, dare I say it, enjoyable. As you prepare to leave, any follow up procedures are explained and then easy to schedule. There's no doubt I will be returning to Dr. R and the Cascades Center for years to come because it's simply the best place for your dental health.
