They are in network on my insurance and the dentist refused to file under insurance forced me to pay cash and said I would be "reimbursed" they never submitted the claim and when we had a call with the insurance company and the office the lady was the rudest individual i've probably ever spoken to and basically told me he is refusing to use or accept my insurance even though he is an in network provider. They basically stole from me and my tooth still looks terrible. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE
Who in their right mind likes to go to the dentist? Switch to this practice ASAP. Great staff, pain free, insurance accepted!
Dr. Varner and his entire staff were very knowledgeable and professional. Each staff member that I met was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend you see Dr. Varner for any dental needs you have.
Dr. Beckman and LaTeisha are awesome. They consistently kept me informed about what they were about to do and what I may feel or experience during my multiple cavity replacements. Compassionate, careful, and precise is how I would describe their professionalism.
My dental experience was excellent at Dr. Beckman's office. From the moment you walked into the office the staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Beckman is awesome! I've been a patient of his for some time and he is excellent. It's very difficult these days to medical and dental providers that truly look out for you and he does just that. Definitely reduces my fears and anxieties. Plus, his staff is very nice.

Dr. Tsang was very professional, thorough and courteous. Not only did she do a spectacular job, she took the time to explain the rhyme and reason behind the work she was doing.
She was super nice and considerate about my needs. She kept talking to me which totally didn't make it awkward and she laughed a lot which is a huge plus. She also explained to me what she was doing. She made a note of telling me that she wouldn't remove my wisdom teeth unless they were bothering me. She says she wants to keep the natural tooth unless it is essential for it to be removed, which I think is really important in a dentist, in my opinion. Also, this was new to me, but she did all of the cleaning and x-rays - instead of relying on an assistant - which I really liked!
This was an amazing experience. I had really bad tooth pain 4 days before an international flight and the office squeezed me in on a Saturday...the day before the Dr.'s vacation. AMAZING! It was a busy day so the rating for the 30 minute wait time doesn't seem fair-I want to give 5 stars all around! Got in the chair, numbed and 2 teeth pulled (1 being a wisdom) in 20 minutes. This man is a wonderful, caring dentist and the office staff is kind and helpful. I have HUGE fear of dental work and hadn't been to see any dentist in an embarrassing amount of years and I felt completely at ease. I cannot express how grateful I am and how much I recommend this dental practice to anyone and everyone!
Dr Steven Pressling was hands down the best dentist I've ever been to... The empathy and compassion was second to none ... I had a root canal and it was painless and Dr Steven and his staff made it worth coming back over and over ... I'm scheduling appointment with him that I'd never thought I would ... His staff made me want to come in for services because he takes care of you with his amazing staff . There's a receptionist that makes me smile and I want to come back ... You know who you are ,you're the gorgeous one with the salt and pepper hair who won't give me a card because you text me when I need to come in... My god I can't rave or rant how amazing you guys are...I've never had a dentist make me feel safe and sound , and everything was ok and live up to the hype ... Thank you Dr Steven , you are utterly amazing ... All heads bust bow all tongues must cease ... Pressling you are the real deal!!!!
Dr Pressling is the best Dentist I've ever been to. He extracted my wisdom tooth so fast and painless - I was surprised that it was done! I am nothing short of petrified just thinking of dentistry... I think he helped me getting more used to the idea that it doesn't have to be torture :) Thank you!
Although it was easy to get an appt at no notice on a saturday night that was about the only positive. He was bit of a bully - on us suggesting to just drain abscess, he used fear tactics saying leaving the tooth could lead to heart attack and that there was no way he could save it. Yes, half the tooth was bad but the roots were fine (when we saw the tooth out) He was very forceful in his manner and brutal in taking the tooth out. Generally picked up a creepy vibe from him. He also didn't provide receipt for payment of services nor did he supply detailed care instructions. I would suggest getting second opinion if it could wait.

The wait was long, the dental office is definitely a little outdated and could be updated. Dr. Tsang is very nice and attentive though.

I was up all night July 3rd with excruciating pain on the entire left side of my face. After a few hours of no mess or anything working to alleviate the pain I began my search on the Web for an emergency dentist, but in the back of my mind thinking it's just wishful thinking because who would I find to take care of me on the 4TH of July. Thank my lucky stars that I found Dr. Pressling. I called the number provided at about 630 am I believe and got answering service. Woman was very nice, asked what was wrong and told me she was not sure Dr would be in today since it was a holiday but she would give him my name and number. At around 8 am I got a call from Dr. Pressling asking me to tell him what was wrong and upon hearing everything he said he would meet me at his office at 1030 am. I got there and he was so nice, come on in, fill this out, ok let's get this started. 20-25 minutes later both my wisdom teeth were out and he was sending me on my way. He was very personable, made me feel very comfortable with his friendly and funny chit chat and as I told him that went way better than the first time I had my 2 other wisdom teeth pulled out and a different practice. I highly recommend anyone going to Dr. Pressling for their dental needs!

Dr Annie is so sweet and does great work! Discussing work that needs to be done, she was upfront with what was priority, knowledgable of what was going on and made me feel extremely comfortable. Other staff was easy to work with for quotes, insurance information, etc.

Doctor Tsang was really awesome when I went in for my regular cleaning. She kept me calm and went into detail about the work that was being done. She's also great when it comes to keeping patients at ease. I laughed a lot there.

Dr. Steven Pressling, DDS is the "Best" dentist. I looked forward to my visit because I know I'm going to get the best service/care from Dr. Pressling & his staffs.
My husband was in desperate need of emergency dental care and unbeknownst to me, he was absolutely terrified of going to the dentist. So when he called and asked me to find him a dentist ASAP and also accompany him, I knew it was serious. I used ZocDoc to find a provider that fulfilled three main requirements. The first, they needed to accept our dental insurance, next, they had to be able to take an emergency appointment for that evening and lastly, they needed to have great reviews (my husband was already dreading this, the last thing I needed was to take him to an office with unfriendly staff and an unsympathetic doctor). Cue the choir of angels and the beaming ray light that flashed directly on Dr. Presslingâs listing. Honestly, it wasnât quite that dramatic, but for anyone who knows how tough it is to find your âtop five guysâ (1- General Practitioner 2- Trainer, 3- Mechanic, 4- Hair Stylist, and 5- Dentist --- not necessarily in that order ?) knows that when you find a good one, you need to keep âem! So, basically, what Iâm trying to get across is, Dr. Pressling is one of those good ones. Heâs so nice, very down to earth and nonjudgmental, and overall, a fantastic doctor who knows his stuff! In addition to his quality work, a great bonus to visiting Dr. Pressling is his office staff; theyâre awesome! Theyâre knowledgeable in regard to both your actual dental services and your insurance/billing issues; theyâre very friendly and seem to genuinely care about you and your dental needs. All in all, what started off as a very unpleasant situation became a great experience that helped my husband begin to face his dental fears and helped us find our new, permanent Dentist! P.s. I forgot to mention two things, 1) Dr. Pressling and his staff allowed me to stay in the room during the procedure which was a condition my husband set before we made the appointment and 2) the day after the emergency wisdom teeth pulling (eek- 3 total), Dr. Pressling personally called to check up on him/us to see how things were healing and if there were any side effects to the medication. This was Dr. Pressling personally... if that isnât superior service and a sign that he really cares, I donât know what is!
I could not be happier! This was my second visit and once again I leave with a smile!

He is a very nice dentist and really friendly and funny ! Which is rare for a dentist. I would reccommend him, but I think he is a dentist more for rich people and the bourgeois class. If you are not rich, maybe try another dentist.
Dr. Tsang listened to me and accommodated according to my needs. She's great fun and easy to talk to. I feel like I can trust her to do what's best for her patients. Highly recommended!
I came in because of problems after visiting another dentist and he said he knew exactly what I was talking about and explained what would help and actually did it (took out old filling and replaced it w a temp medicated one). So nice and affordable, and is working w me to get things done before January when my insurance ends. So happy I found him!

Dr. Tsand was incredibly friendly and put me completely as ease. I am not someone who likes going to the dentist, and she made a nerve racking experience very pleasant. Unfortunately, I have to see her again soon for a filling but I am glad I have such a friendly, supportive, thorough, and attentive dentist to go see in Chicago.
