I recently took my mom in on a whim as her dentures have never fit correctly. Unfortunately she could never afford a new set. The old ones are 35 years old and have a “ bucked” look. Aspen staff took my mom in, at no charge to adjust her dentures so they no longer hurt just to relieve the pain and sores they gave her, even though she wasn’t yet a patient. They knew she wasn’t in a position to pay and they helped her without charge. Next, they got her a small credit line, and within 6 days of first walking through the door, my mom is 3 days away from a brand new set of dentures. When she was approved, the finance administrator jumped up and ran around the desk to hug my mom with tears in her eyes! I’ve never seen such amazing customer service with such genuine affection and empathy on a first impression. I was amazed ❤️ Rita and Leah and the entire staff are absolutely wonderful! The next day I called to confirm appt times and mentioned my daughters bridal shower was the day before mom receives her dentures, and they offered to move her appts so she’ll have them in time!!Thank you so much to the Davenport Ia office for making us feel like family!! I’m a RAVING FAN!!
Impressed with the people and the way things are explained.
Everyone was great. They got me in before my appointment and did my cleaning. They talked me through anything that would cost me more than what my insurance covered. They were really just wonderful and I hate going to the dentist but i will definitely be going back to them.
Just moved to town & my daughter’s filling fell out from her previous dentist. Aspen was wonderful from all sides. Dr. Sass was so fun & kind with my 8 year old. Turned out she needed the tooth extracted & Dr. Sass and staff did a wonderful job! We will for sure keep going to Dr. Sass.
I was extremely impressed with the staff's professionalism and friendliness. Both my husband and I experienced extended appointment times due to us being NEW patients, I assume. Our appointments were on different days and we both ended up spending two hours in the office for just consultation. After stating that I really needed a cleaning, they were able to extend my appointment even further and provide the BEST cleaning I've ever had!!! It was worth the additional time and I'm looking forward to returning for other services.

I had two fillings I needed. I was in and out in one hour. Was a great experience as far as I am concerned. And it's a wonderful service they are providing to the Veterans too!
I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone because everyone who works there is very professional and efficient and courteous. It is a very clean comfortable office too.

I visit Aspen every six months. The waiting time to get into the chair is excellant. The staff is excellent and caring. Getting checked out is fast and easy. I love their service.
Appointment yesterday was excellent. Had teeth cleaned, hygienist was superb. X-rays were done. Dentist did thorough mouth exam was friendly and efficient. Have been going here 4 years and have recommended it. Love the staff.
I was surprised to see how fast and efficient my first visit went. I was there for a second opinion; suggested by my sister-who was well satisfied with their work. Now I am looking forward to having the work done that is needed.
I had my wisdom tooth pulled and numerous fillings and crown work done and i was very nervous because i haven't been to a dentist in years but the dentists and assistants at Aspen Dental made all my fears go away. The staff at Aspen Dental in Davenport and moline are very friendly and knowledgeable and they made my trip to the dentist easier from begning to end. I would recommend Aspen Dental to everyone they realy do make it easier.
This was my 2nd visit in 2 days. Yesterday I had a free exam and x-rays. We discussed braces and whitening. Today I had my teeth cleaned, polished and whitened. Special thanks to Amy, Marlene and Riley for their opinions and great care. I haven't been to a dentist in 5-6 years because didn't like how the previous dentist office operated. So for being away for so long ... this office was a godsend. Even have my appointment in 6 months already booked :)

The ladies at the desk were friendly, my appointment started on time, and my hygienist, Marlene was great. She found issues in my teeth that hadn't been addressed in the two years of going to the Moline office, probably saving me from gum disease down the road. My husband does not have Face Book so I'm writing this review for him. My husband said he would like to say that Dr. Oh and her assistant Karrie worked very well together and made him feel very comfortable.

This is the second I was not pleased at all with Dr. O - she was completely wrong about a cavaity I have. I have a filling filled between my front teeth because it came out and broken part of my front tooth off and she filled it, now my front teeth do not look like mine and I am going to have to go somewhere else to fix the problem.
Staff were very thorough. The new patient exam was free but, I feel the charges for a cleaning were too high for a self pay without insurance. Especially when I can get a cleaning for half the price at different local dentist.
Marlene is so kind and understands the fear of dentists I have. She was patient and very caring. Explains everything she is going to do and how it will benefit me. I will return every 6 months for a cleaning. Thank you Marlene. I hope the rest of the dental work I have done is as smooth going as my experience yesterday.

Hi, my name in s Dee. I've been going to Aspen Dental for 3 years now. When I first went there I was very scared. But, once the dental assistant talked to me I felt a lot more at ease. Then Dr. Hansen looked at my mouth I thought he was going to lecture me but,he didn't. He talked to me about what could be done and now I'm so glad I went. I have my flex particals and feel great. Every 6 months I have my teeth cleaned by Marlene who also makes you feel very comfortable.

Dr. Hansen and Elaine were very pleasant to work with. I have had nothing but trouble but Dr. Hansen and Elaine were very patient with me and were able to help me get a fit that works. I could call in and they were always able to get me in right away. I had a new set of dentures within a week. I've had them one day and I can already tell a difference! The fit is so much better.

I have been reluctant to go to the dentist because of the way I have been treated by dental staff in the past. This office definitely changed my view. Not only were they respectful, kind and efficient, they made me feel comfortable in a judge free environment. Dr. Hansen was professional and easy to talk to. Dr. Hansen, Marlene and Amanda were kind and explained things in a way that I could understand. Loni broke down all my payment options so I wasn't overwhelmed. She took time with me and helped me plan my future visits. I can't say enough good things about this staff! 100% reccommend this office to anyone who wants to have a wonderful dental experience. I went to Aspen back in February to get my bridge put back in. It came back out unfortunately so i went back in a Dr. Hansen put it back in at no charge! From making appts to the staff i have been very happy with the service and professionalism of drs and staff. I had some uncomfortable tooth issues going on and they worked with me to get appts set up so i could get relief.
