Dr Ramsi was incredible. I can't believe how patient he was with me and how he calmed my anxiety. I'm definitely going back to Aspen Dental for the follow up procedures. And Dr Ramsi is my dentist.
I had not been to a Dentist in 11 years...phobic dislike. I was treated with dignity and professional behavior. They discussed payments and treatment plans to work in my budget. The office and equipment seemed very 21 century.

I have had wonderful experiences with everyone at this office that i have encountered. I absolutely love how Dr. Ramsi has made me feel very comfortable and his warm bedside manner is wonderful. while extracting some teeth for me he made it a very comfortable experience. The only draw back i have is that I wish that they can take my insurance i dont want to any place else at all. I was told that they did except it but something with the insurance company said not that office only one in Port Richey. I would think if one office accepted it all would. I honestly dont want anyone else doing the work i need done but Dr. Ramsi. I hope someone can help in this case

Thank you all for showing me that going to the dentist doesn't have to be scary experience. Other practices could learn a thing or two from you!

staff were all professional and competent , as well as cordial and knowledgable to each of their specific disciplines. My only issue is i went there in pain ,i went there for removal of pain, unfortunately noone addressed my issues . They did however take xrays and provide itemized bill for dentures and implants ; while beneficial in the long term the estimates failed to address immediate,concerns!! In their defense they did suggest my return visit 3 days post initial visit. Clearly better than nothing, but luckily i was able to get immediate,concerns addressed elsewhere!! If One is in need of implants and dentures; and Not currently experiencing insane mouth pain, go there!!
I had my first dental visit in many years just a few days ago. The staff all treated me with respect and were up front about my options. I have an appointment later this week to get dentures and I know this will also be a good experience. As far as pricing goes I really didn't compare prices but the amount I am responsible for paying out of pocket certainly sounds reasonable and fair. So far so good.
Excellent service at the Tampa Mission office. Dr. Ramsi and the whole team tried very hard to provide my 92 year old mother with dentures she could eat. Great customer service and good quality of work.
Being my first visit to Aspen, I was very impressed with the X-ray equipment & number of x-rays taken. I also liked the honesty of the dentist & hygienist and the quality of work. Jan my Dental hygienist worked with me very well. I like the no hassle get in get out thrill,..., though their prices are high.
Good service but this time they didn't show me the bill ahead of time and my bill was $180ish for a cleaning. I am retired and this is way too much and that was with insurance. Guess I have to cut out 2x a year cleanings.

Everyone was kind, Dr. Scott was careful and gentle with the teeth that were painful. The doctor explained the findings and came up with a plan to fix the problem areas.
The entire staff is welcoming and friendly. The shortest wait I've ever had and everything ran smooth. I have some work done at a different place (which i wont mention) and i have nicknames that person....the butcher. Lance (my other half) found Aspen Dental. He confinced me to go. Was very nervous about how this was going go. Let me first say up untill i went was very scared I now understand what having a dentinst phobia is about. Even though my stomach was in knots i medicated so didnt have as much anxiety attack. But unbelievably i felt nothing but pressure. So A BIG HUGE TYVM ASPEN DENTAL!!

As soon as I stepped into Aspen, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism and absolute attention to patient care. The staff is the most friendly and the dental care I received was both painless and of impeccable quality. I always enjoy visiting Aspen Dental and would recommend this office to anyone. It doesn't hurt that Dr. Scott is so easy on the eyes, it is really just a great team!

Jane greeted me immediately & with a smile, Ashley kept me well informed throught the exam : )...Shannon the DH was wonderful & made sure I wasn't in discomfort : ) : )... Dr. Dickerson was kind & caring answered all my questions about my concerns & decision making : )... Gina the office manager was awesome, she explained to me that I could pay for my care over time, she was caring & understanding wowww, I've never felt so comfortable in a dentist office before!!! Everyone I had contact with, from the phone, to everyone in the office, I really was really blown away! This is an organization that has every past of there operation top notch! I am very satisfied with my experience at Aspen Dental. Dr Dickerson was wonderful in explaining what he would do. He was very concerned about my experiencing pain during my extractions. He also kept me well informed during the extraction procedure. The entire staff is great. Gina was extremely helpful in getting my monthly payments down to an affordable level. Tya is very personable and helpful in getting my appointments straightened out. All in all my experience at Aspen Dental has been wonderful considering what I had done.

I had an excellent experience at Aspen Dental. Super polite, easy-going, and professional staff went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable. The office features warm and friendly atmosphere. Shannon did a great job in cleaning my teeth, as well as she guided me on how to take care of my teeth. This office is super duper excellent everyone one in the office was great and guided me through out my whole visit....kaley the front desk girl was wonderful,she explained everything to me they didnt take my insurance and she explained to me that they had payment options and could work with me monthly...Bo the dental assistant was also great he worked with me and was very gentle throughout the whole xray procedure and shannon the lady that cleans you teeth explained to me the importance of my teeth and gums gina the office manager also explained every thing to me cleary i will most definetly recieve my treatment from aspen.
