Dr. Grimmer was personable and took time to help me understand every item related to my dental health, from brushing my teeth correctly to thoroughly analyzing the alignment of my teeth.
I needed a new dentist now that we live in the Broadlands. So, I started seeing Dr. Grimmer last year and I was very nervous. The cleaning went well but I needed a crown. But 6 mo.'s later I got an infection and needed a root canal on the same tooth. He sent me to Dr. Castro, who did a "great" job! Then 3 wks. later he removed the temp. filling and put in the perm. filling. Today I need to have 'Fill Ins" on 4 teeth. Dr. Grimmer is always very patient with me and I am use to him numbing me now!
Competent and highly qualified specialist. My daughter and I are big fans of Dr. Grimmer's work. The crown delivery performed with Dr. Grimmer was the most pleasant dental experience I've ever had. It took me only one visit, the crown started to feel like my own tooth right away. Time proofed, that Dr. Grimmer's evaluation was accurate, treatment qualified and painless.
Dr. Goodroe has been our dentist for over 40 years. He is a wonderful dentist...professional, knowledgeable, caring, gentle and has an excellent sense of humor. His staff, Cathy, Lillie, Mirium are outstanding. They, too, are extremely professional and quite helpful with any questions, help or information needed. This dental office is like family to us and we would highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental care.
He never calls for emergencies or accommodate his patients for emergencies. People at the front desk are extremely rude and unwelcoming. especially B.J. He is about money and nothing else. He did not refund me my money after placing a crown that is five shades different than my other teeth. Also, the crown is keep moving and he said nothing is wrong with the crown when I asked for a refund. He said he was going to replace that crown with the correct color and he never did. Karma will catchup.
Dr. Grimmer is an amazing dentist with an amazing team!! Great place to go if you have anxieties that prevent or delay care. They work with you to develop better habits, a plan if additional care is needed. Most importantly they care about you as a person, form a bond with you and truly want to make an impact on your life and health through their work.
I've never had a better experience at the dentist. Between him and his staff, I leave completely taken care of and feeling as wonderful as one can leaving the dentist. If you come here, you can rest assured you are in good hands.
Dr. Grimmer is fabulous! I actually love going to the dentist since going to his practice. The ladies at the reception desk are cheerful and greet you when you come in for your appointment. The ladies in the back are wonderful as well. Due to scheduling I don't always have the same hygienist, but regardless of who I have cleaning my teeth they remember conversions from previous visits and inquire how everything is. I've never gone to a office where they remember who I am by name and remember things we've discussed, especially after 6 months! Dr. Grimmer is friendly, always says "hello", asks how everything is and answers all my questions and takes all my concerns (or aches) seriously. I love Ashbrook Center and would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.
Dr. Grimmer does a great job to ensure that your experience is always great. From the outset you can tell that he and his office are focused on making sure that you're comfortable. They use the latest technology and do most of even the most complex work right there in the office. This is great as you don't have to come back for multiple visits. Dr. Grimmer also has great hours which allow for early appointments so you don't have to miss work. His office staff is very friendly and eager to find ways to work with you and your schedule. Communication and especially follow up is timely and professional. Don't waste your time visiting different dentists to find a good one, if you're reading this - you've found him! Dr. Grimmer is the best!
I was blown away by such a beautiful dental office! The staff was very friendly, polite and courteous. Dr. Grimmer took all my fears away and made me feel comfortable, while setting a high standard with his work. He is my dentist of choice!
Fantastic. Little to no wait time. Very high tech, quick, comfortable, and painless. My wife severly chipped a tooth in the middle of the night. One call to Dr. Grimmer and he openned the office immediately and had the tooth fixed that night. Love the office hours, as well. When you have to work normal business hours, its difficult to take time off to go to the Dentist. With Ashbrook, this is not an issue as they open at 7 and I'm out by 7:54. Ashbrook is unmatched in quality and customer service!
A couple years ago our family switched to Ashbrook Center for Dentistry and have been very pleased with their services. The staff is personable and friendly and the office is keep immaculately clean. Appointments are prompt with little or no wait time which is a big plus for our busy schedule. My kids love that they can watch TV while in the chair and I love that Dr. Grimmer and the hygienist are very gentle during cleanings as I have very sensitive teeth.
I disagree with the other review. I had a really good time. The appointment was on time he was very friendly, very informative, and acknowledged my concerns. So far I am very satisfied and will be returning.
